• The prices are per person per night including breakfast buffet and the inclusive services listed. Visitor’s tax of € 3,30 per person per day is not included. Any unexpected changes in VAT rates will have to be reflected in our rates.
• Some of the room photos may exhibit variations, since each room at the Hotel Bergland is unique. 
• Methods of payment: We accept cash, cheques, EC card (debit card) and credit cards (except American Express and Diners Club). Customers paying in cash will receive a 5% discount on the Bed & Breakfast price.
• We kindly request that you respect the check-in time from 2 p.m so that we can get everything ready for you before you arrive. We also ask that you keep to the check-out time of 10:00 a.m.
• Cancellation: Cancellation fees are always applicable, we therefore recommend that you take out travel insurance.
• Cancellation up to 15 days prior to the arrival date at the latest: free of charge.
• Cancellation up to 7 days prior to the arrival date at the latest: 50 % of the agreed total price.
• Cancellation less than 7 days prior to arrival as well as in case of early departure or late arrival: 100 % of the agreed total price.
• All our rooms are non-smoking!
• We kindly ask for your understanding that we cannot accept pets.
